YOUR INFORMATION AND WHAT WE DO WITH IT
The information you share with us tends to be your name, postal address, email and (sometimes) your phone number. If you’ve used The Fibreworks to buy a gift for someone you might have shared someone else’s information with us. Regardless, we take the trust you’ve placed in us seriously. Any personal information is stored securely on protected systems. Only Fibreworks staff can access your personal information. Furthermore, we will only use your information for the purposes outlined below. PAYMENT DETAILS
We do not store your payment information. If you make a payment over the telephone, once the transaction and card details have been processed by PaymentSense, we securely destroy that information.
TELEPHONE NUMBER
When you book one of our workshops, we will ask you for your phone number so that we can contact you if we need to cancel, change or re-schedule the workshop at short notice. The information is securely stored on our system and is not accessible to anyone other than Fibreworks staff.
EMAIL AND OTHER MARKETING COMMUNICATION
If you are a subscriber to our monthly newsletter, we will use your email address to send you information about new products, workshops and events. You can unsubscribe from these yourself at any point by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. We use MailChimp to provide this service. No one wants ‘junk mail’ so you can also opt out of the newsletter at any point by contacting us at info@thefibreworks.co.uk or calling us on 01608 645970.
