Reply to intrepid foreign correspondent...

Well we wondered what had happened...

We were making up stories of abduction by dingo or being left to fend for yourselfs in the great outback with only kangaroo to eat from a plate made of platypus beak!!! We had even considered a new correspondent but as they were only going to Banbury we felt you were definitely worth waiting for....

You will be pleased to know the weather here is gruesome as we seem to have wind and rain all the time, so our knitting is coming on a treat and the shop has seen many more knitting lovelies calling in..

Glad to hear your knitted bikini has seen the light of day at last and there is nothing wrong with a nice piece of mutton, it maybe tough but it fills a gap...was that the wrong thing to say?!
As you know, never have we seen a problem with the supping of cocktails while attempting to knit, crochet or sew and many fine things have been created under the influence. Shame they don't always look as good the next day but at the time we "love them, we love you, we love the world", I think that was what you said last time! Cocktails in Darling Harbour sounds fantastic, maybe we should re name the studio...beautiful bay, sweetheart haven...nutters knit group just doesn't do it anymore.

So glad to hear from you and we look forward to the next bulletin...go carefully you intrepid, antipodean, marsupial you, you are still needed in blighty, we are running out of CAKE
