![]() Lesley's RCA training came in useful as we prepared for a rag rugging workshop at Holy Trinity School yesterday. The children of Year 4, led by their teacher Lucy Lane, have been working on a big project about Chipping Norton. After a morning's hard work, they had mastered the technique of rag rugging and were well on their way to creating a fabulous wall hanging with Bliss Mill as the centrepiece. Old clothing and bits and pieces of fabric and felt were all put to good use as they set about recreating this wonderful old building and its surroundings. Clouds, water, meadow, sun, sheep and even a water lily emerged during the morning. We can't wait to see the finished materpiece. This is your new blog post.
